People like us do things like this
Our why
We believe every SMB deserves the operational power, support, and capability of a large enterprise.
Our purpose
We help underdogs win.
We started as a group of underdogs with ferocious drive, energy and technical skills. We've made more mistakes than we can count, but we continue to learn and grow from everything we do. It isn't our mistakes or successes that define us; it's how we use them to move forward.
Our culture is shaped by every one of us. By how we think, feel, and behave. It's who we are, and who we aspire to be.
We challenge the status quo.
What it looks like when we live this
We refused to accept that running our business meant logging into a dozen tools, copying data between them, and hoping nothing broke. So we built our own.
120+ database tables. 850+ API endpoints. 2,150+ tests. Built with AI doing the heavy typing and us doing the thinking. It runs the HelpDesk, the billing, the audits, the projects.
We built it for ourselves first. Now we build it for other underdogs too.
We may not be a huge team…
…but we pack a HUGE amount of knowledge, experience and skills.
A story that resonates
Two underdogs with no college education, no formal technical training, no friends in high places, no financial backers and very little money beat a government-funded Harvard mathematician to be the first to achieve powered flight.
They started with why. Their team knew why they were doing what they were doing. They were aligned to the same goals. They shared the same beliefs.
Those underdogs won and so can we.
To win we foster a culture of high performance.
Teamwork makes the dream work
Performance culture is at the core of our team and is the glue which binds us together. It impacts our decision-making, keeps us on track, and allows us, collectively and individually, to be the best we can be.
We're not perfect, we're human. So, yes, we'll fall short of the ideas and ideals in this deck. But falling short doesn't mean we've abandoned our principles. It's important to forgive ourselves and each other when we aren't living up to our values.

A whiteboard beats a Teams call.
We're office-first. Human interaction is at the core of our business, and "sorry, my internet cut out" doesn't get the deal done. Work-from-anywhere is fine. Just don't disappear.
35-hour week · 29 days holiday · Birthday off
