New Additions Bolster our IT Service Offering.

We have recently added to our growing Infrastructure Team with three key appointments. Chris Heins has been appointed as Service Delivery Manager, Ashley Le Hegarat as Head of Networks and Security and Leo Silva as Infrastructure Consultant.

Chris has over 10 years of experience working in IT in both education and specialist IT firms where he has focused on crisis management and incident recovery. He will work in a hybrid role which will see Chris working directly with both our clients and our internal technical team. Along with his PRINCE 2 project management qualification, Chris’s skillset will enhance the already existing seamless experience for customers.

With over 12.5 years of experience in the IT sector, Ashley joins the team specialising in network engineering and brings with him a wealth of experience. He also holds professional certifications in Network Security, Wireless Local Area Network Enterprise Solutions, ClearPass Policy Management and Aruba Virtual Switching Frameworks. 

Leo joins from a local IT services firm where he provided varying levels of technical support. In his new role, Leo will continue to support clients while focusing on process improvement and will work with our clients to improve the proficiency within their IT environment.

Our rapid expansion has seen the requirement for the growth of our Infrastructure Team as well as an increased need for more diverse skills set to ensure that our clients always have the team they need at hand.
