CYBERSECURITY TRAINING
One click is all it takes. Train your team before it happens to you.
In-person cybersecurity awareness training delivered across Jersey. We call it Human Firewall Training because your team is the firewall that matters most.
Most cyber incidents we see at SystemLabs begin with a human making a decision under time pressure. A convincing email. A call from someone claiming to be IT. A password reused across three systems because it was easier. The tools we deploy to protect our clients catch most of it. But the last line of defence is always the person at the keyboard.
Human Firewall Training is how we build that last line. It is not an annual tick-box exercise. It is an ongoing conversation with your team about what threats actually look like, how attackers actually work, and what to do when something feels wrong.
- Recognise phishing attempts before they land
- Build password discipline across your whole team
- Understand social engineering tactics attackers actually use
- Know how to report an incident within minutes, not days
- Secure devices in the office and on the road
- Reduce risk without slowing your team down

Frequently Asked Questions About Human Firewall Training.
What is Human Firewall Training?
In-person cybersecurity awareness training designed for the people in your business who are most likely to encounter threats: everyone. We cover phishing, passwords, device security, data handling, and incident response, tailored to your industry and your team's technical comfort level.
How long is a typical session?
Most sessions run 60 to 90 minutes. We can scale up to a half-day workshop if your team wants hands-on exercises or industry-specific scenarios. We always leave time for questions - that is often where the most useful learning happens.
Do you deliver it on-site or remotely?
Both. In-person delivery across Jersey is our default because it produces the best engagement. For remote teams or multi-office businesses we also deliver via Microsoft Teams, with the same content and exercises.
How much does it cost?
It depends on team size and session format. We offer free introductory sessions to SMEs in Jersey as part of our commitment to local business security. Contact us and we will send you a quote based on your team.
How often should our team do this?
Once a year as a baseline. Twice a year is better. The threat landscape changes fast, and your team's instincts decay without reinforcement. We can set up a recurring schedule that fits your operations calendar.
Can you tailor it to our industry?
Yes. We work regularly with finance, legal, government, hospitality, construction, and charity sector clients. Each industry has its own threat profile and compliance requirements. We build the session around yours rather than delivering a generic template.
