Our Story

What began as a managed IT provider quickly evolved into something more. Our founder Steve Quinn, frustrated by paying for a dozen SaaS tools that did not talk to each other, started building a unified platform to run the business. Using AI coding agents, he built the entire operations system himself: 120+ database tables, 850+ API endpoints, 15+ third-party integrations, and over 2,150 unit tests.

That platform replaced over £60,000 a year in SaaS subscriptions and transformed how we deliver IT services. Billing that used to take three days now takes 15 minutes. Client data that lived in a dozen systems now lives in one. And the AI agents we built on top of that foundation are genuinely useful, because they have clean data and solid workflows to work with.

In 2023, Steve was named IoD Jersey Small to Medium Business Director of the Year. Not for talking about technology, but for building it and using it to grow a business.

Today, SystemLabs manages IT for over 50 businesses across Jersey and the UK. We provide managed IT support, cybersecurity, Human Firewall Training, and AI implementation consulting. And we are now offering the same platform foundation to our clients, so they can replace their own SaaS sprawl with software built around how they actually work.
